Anthony Barrese, CEO & Design Principal, is a BCIN Certified Designer providing architectural design services for renovations, additions, and new builds. His approach combines technical building knowledge with practical design and construction experience to develop functional, code-compliant, and permit-ready solutions.

In addition to design services, BARR Building Design offers project management services, supporting clients through the project lifecycle from initial concept and design through permitting and construction.

Anthony’s design expertise is supported by a Civil Engineering background and experience as a Project Coordinator, Site Inspector, Materials Tester, and Land Development Designer. This multidisciplinary experience provides a strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle—from planning and land development through building design, regulatory coordination, and construction.
